Building our Personal Resilience requires us to become more aware of our thoughts, responses and behaviours that impact on our well being and state of mind.  We can develop our capacity to increase our ability to respond effectively  to the daily challenges we experience in our lives and work.

This training, with the option of follow up one to one coaching, introduces a range of tools, techniques and approaches based on Positive Psychology, Neurosciene and Coaching research that we can use on a daily basis, resulting in a better state of mind and overall wellbeing. The training explores everyday issues that we face and provides easy to recall, and implement, techniques and tools that can result in better outcomes and increase our abilty to ‘bounce back’ from adversity.
